Do my customers need to download anything?
No. They open a link, pick a time, and they're done. It works in any phone browser.
What if I still take bookings by phone?
Most salons do both. Your front desk adds phone bookings to the same schedule, so there is still one place that shows the whole day.
Do customers pay through the site?
No. HaiBooking does not take card details or process payments. Customers pay you directly, the way they already do.
Can I change my prices and services myself?
Yes. Your menu, your hours and your staff are yours to edit any time, from the dashboard.
What happens to my customers' information?
It stays yours, and it is only used to serve them. After about 12 months the personal details are cleared from old appointments, leaving just the service history. See our privacy policy.
